Sales & Marketing Manager or Assistant / Ad Operations Manager

Your mission:

Sales & Marketing

  • Be the first point of contact to qualify leads from the digital or traditional Marketing activities
  • Provide Support on trade shows and events
  • Propose, operate and manage marketing activities and strategy
  • Provide support the creation of sales & marketing materials
  • Prepare Sales contracts and manage sales administration process
  • Support Sales acquisition processes
  • Propose, operate and manage marketing activities and strategy
  • Create and edit Sales and Marketing documents in French and English

AdOps

  • Act as the first point of contact for our customer’s queries. Answer to technical advertising issues status by connecting to our ad platform
  • Manage operations and account management on our ad platforms
  • Manage data and aggregation for customer invoices calls from ad servers / SSP
  • Support our technical team with customer interactions
  • Supervise on the first level our ad platforms and ad infrastructure
  • Administration (ad interim Sept 21 – March 22)
  • Provide day to day support to the teams
  • Answer to company phone and emails
  • Provide support in managing invoices and expenses

Your profile:

  • Fluent in French and English, German is a plus
  • Web and digital world native, knowledge of ad servers / SSP is a plus
  • Experience in start-up or Marketing agencies or tech / Telco’s / media companies
  • You are flexible, organized, a fast learner, thorough and detailed oriented
  • You know how to prioritize and can meet changing deadlines.
  • You have an excellent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook; Excel) and you adapt easily to new IT systems. You know Mac computer’s environment.
  • Able to travel for trade shows in Europe and potentially US
  • Swiss B driving licence
